Our first scheduled camping trip was two weeks ago but got cancelled because of rain. We made if for this one but packed up pretty quick and just missed the coming showers. Not off to the best start but had a good time as a family and with our friends.

Fun Run

This was Sophie's last Fun Run at Story.  Hurdles, Noodle Forest, Army Crawl, Silly String, and fun with friends.

Bottle Rockets

Another highlight of scouting is the pack meeting in which boys and family members alike, can blast off their homemade bottle rockets. Rhys was at the top again and Sophie's went very far. Good wet fun.

Local History Tour

Neal and I have hit most of these stops in our local history tour but our kids had not. For Family Home Evening, we got out of the house and enjoyed learning about Allen's early days. As a bonus, it checked off a activity for Rhys' scouting program.
