Happy Mother's Day!

First, our loving thoughts and happy wishes are to our own mothers today. Thank you for everything, and we mean everything, you have done for us. As we are now parents ourselves, we know how much work and play goes into each day. We also realize why you did it. The payback is great!--giggles, kisses, cuddles, and comedy material we couldn't come up with by ourselves.

Keri was given a nice card from her kids while the whole family feasted on waffles. Then we were off to church. When we got back, it was nap time. Everyone napped. The perfect Mother's Day gift is sleep! We finished up the evening at Oma and Opa's house for visiting and dinner. It was a wonderful day.

Keri has been looking at different ways to do Sophie's hair because she sits still for longer periods now (thank you TV). This one was quick and simple since Keri's a beginner. If she does anything more involved or things just turn out real well, you may see it shown off here on the blog.
